No realignment of US soldiers from overseas to the Gulf Coast?

AP is reporting that a US Central Command spokesman said there are no
plans to shift soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan to help with Katrina
relief efforts. If we have enough forces in the US to really get the job
done, fine, but do we? I wonder.
