Missing person

I am working with the Golden Triangle Baptist
Association in Beaumont, Texas with the Hurricane
Relief/Disaster Center. We have been contact by
Dianne Copelin and Maheava Copelin in an effort to
locate their father, 70-year-old Thomas Coplin who was
last known to have been sent to Fort Chaffee, Arkansas
after being separated from his family member when
moved from New Orleans. We've been unable to contact
the shelter by phone and both Dianne and Maheava are
worried about their father's safety. If anyone has
