Bush Sr, Clinton to Coordinate Relief Efforts

Former presidents Bush and Clinton are talking on CNN right now. They said they're already hearing from heads of state offering services. The Sri Lankan PM, for example, will chair a taskforce of countries affected by the tsunami to coordinate their donations to the US.
