The right hand photo was taken in Norwich about 2012 showing flood levels history, the other one would have been in August 1912 showing the result of the highest recorded flood level of the River Wensum.
The destroyed Blackwater bridge shows railway lines hanging after it was destroyed. Any further details welcome.
