total evac of New Orleans?

Louisiana state officials, along with reps from FEMA, are having a live
press conf now; they're talking about the total evacuation of New
Orleans. One hospital is surrounded by six feet of water; the Tulane
hospital has lost power.

"It's a very fluid sensation," one official said. No pun intended, I'm
sure... LOL
